FBD accounts are created by FBD when you join, so deletion is also done by FBD on your request.
There is nothing to pay and nothing to explain — one message is enough.
How to request
Send an e-mail from the e-mail address FBD has on file for you to
dhanraj@fbdfitness.com
with the subject "Delete my FBD account", or
Message FBD reception on WhatsApp from your registered phone number, or
We confirm your request within 7 days (we may check it is really you).
Within 30 days we delete: your app access, profile, schedule and attendance history,
workout and cardio logs, chat messages, meal / InBody / blood-report photos, voice notes, health notes,
AI-chat history and any connected wearable data (WHOOP, Health Connect, Apple Health tokens are revoked).
Kept for the legal period only: payment and invoice records required under Indian law. They are not
used for anything else and are deleted afterwards.
Delete only some data
You can also ask to delete just one part — for example only your photos, or only your wearable data — or
disconnect a wearable yourself in the app (Progress → Devices). Your membership continues as normal.
